User/Member understands that HGC is involved in a Members Only Credit SuSu, which is an Affiliated Money Savings group which each Member could earn monies by signing up new Members and having themselves and the Member that they sign up using the Services that we offer each Member upon following the Rules and Regulations of the program.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions will become effective in relation to you when you create a HGC account or when you start using HGC and will remain effective until terminated by you or by us. HGC reserves the right to terminate this Terms and Conditions or suspend your account at any time in case of
unauthorized, or suspected unauthorized use of the Website whether in contravention of this Terms and Conditions or otherwise. If HGC terminates this Terms and Conditions, or suspends your account for any of the reasons set out in this section, HGC shall have no liability or responsibility to you. By completing the Registration form, you are consenting that you have read and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated here in the Terms and Conditions.

Assignment

HGC may assign this Terms and Conditions or any part of it without restrictions. You may not assign this Terms and Conditions or any part of it to any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of South Carolina and within the state that they reside without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of South Carolina.

Compensation and Payouts

 

User understands that once you sign up to become an HGC Member, you will be compensated upon using our HGC and for signing up for and using signing up new Members and for you  or "your" Members that you personally sign up for said services; such as, our Credit Repair or Credit Building services or any other services that we provide, like, our Tax, Financial or Home Buying services. Each Member agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the program as listed under this section. Each Member of each Cycle has to pay-in a Cycle Re-Entry Fee for their selected Level each month until each Member of their Cycle has been paid-out or if you as a Member bring in 4 people within a Cycle month that joins to become a Member of your Group Cycle or at a higher Level, then your Cycle Re-Entry Fee will automatically be paid from those new Members joining.

 

Marketing and Advertising

All advertising and/or posting will need to be approved by HGC before you can post them. This is in an effort to make sure that we are following any and all applicable laws and regulations. Once you send any advertisements or posting to us for approval, we will send you and authorized approval form to be signed before starting your advertising campaign. Agent/Ambassador understands that this must be done before any and all advertising campaigns and does not hold HGC nor any of its affiliates liable for if you as a Member when you do not comply to these terms and conditions. Member assumes any and all responsibility for their actions or lack thereof for not following these Terms and Conditions. Member also agrees that if HGC and/or its affiliates should have to take said Member to court, Member will be responsible for paying all court and attorney costs.

Member agrees that by using our site and/or becoming a Member of HGC and by using any of the services offered by HGC, that he or she have read and do hereby agree to all of the terms set forth in this agreement. Please note: by using our website, you agree to opt-in for Text, Email and Push Notices from Hello Great Credit.
